You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, manufacturability, and cost-effectiveness while supporting prototype builds, testing, and production troubleshooting.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop electrical wiring systems, including harnesses and connectorsCreate and maintain wiring diagrams, schematics, and BOMs using Zuken, CATIA, and AutoCAD ElectricalCollaborate with mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, and quality teamsConduct design reviews and support prototype build and testing activitiesWork with suppliers to select components and ensure manufacturabilityTroubleshoot and resolve wiring-related issues during development and productionQualifications and RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automotive Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred)Experience in wiring harness design and development, preferably in automotive, aerospace, or industrial sectorsStrong understanding of electrical components, connectors, and grounding considerationsFamiliarity with DFMEA, DVP&R, and other validation methodologiesBilingual skills preferred (English/Korean)Benefits and PerksCompetitive compensationMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement planPaid holidays and time offTraining and career growth opportunitiesYour New OrganizationJoin the leader in electrical systems engineering and manufacturing.
