Job Description
As a Wire Cutter, you will be responsible for cutting wire and cable according to customer orders to ensure timely shipments to various customer sites. You will use standard tools to measure and cut wires, read material lists and order sheets, and stage orders efficiently.
ResponsibilitiesMeasure and cut wires and cables according to customer specifications.Use standard tools and equipment to ensure accurate cuts.Read and interpret material lists and order sheets.Prepare and stage customer orders for shipment.Handle warehouse inventory and materials.Essential SkillsProficiency in using wire cutters and hand tools.Experience in machine operation and general labor.Ability to use measurement tools and cutting tools accurately.Strong mathematical skills and ability to use calculator software.Additional Skills & QualificationsUnderstanding of wire cutting processes and power tools.Experience as a machine operator is advantageous.Knowledge of basic math for calculating and ensuring order accuracy.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The role is based in a traditional warehouse environment, with potential exposure to heat or cold depending on the season. Safety shoes are required, and safety goggles and gloves may also be necessary. The position requires the ability to lift up to 70 pounds and to walk, move freely, and operate material handling equipment. The shift hours are from 10am to 7pm, Monday through Friday.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
