We’re currently hiring Lift Operators for the upcoming winter season. These are the front-line pros who keep our mountain moving and our guests safe. If you love working outdoors, being part of a high-energy team, and helping people have the best day ever, this is your moment.
This is a Full-Time, Part-time or Night Operations Seasonal position that runs during the winter operating season, with employee housing available starting at $325/month.

What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Lift Operator, you’ll be responsible for the safe, friendly, and efficient operation of our ski and snowboard lifts. You’ll be the person guests see first in the morning and last on their way off the hill so your energy sets the tone.
Daily Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests in the lift line and at loading/unloading zones
Operate aerial and surface lifts according to safety standards
Monitor lift function and report any issues to maintenance staff
Help manage guest flow, spacing, and ticket/pass checks
Maintain a safe work area by regularly clearing snow and keeping ramps clean
Provide clear, friendly communication to guests and co-workers
Assist with lift opening/closing procedures
Jump in to help wherever needed on-mountain—teamwork is everything!
Work Environment & Schedule:
Outdoor mountain environment with exposure to snow, wind, cold, and sun
Expect early morning, weekend, and holiday shifts
Must be able to stand on your feet in snow boots for extended periods
Willingness to work in all weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs

No prior experience needed—just bring a positive attitude and love for the outdoors
Strong communication and people skills
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Able to follow instructions and safety protocols
Comfortable working at altitude in winter conditions
Bonus if you ski or ride—but not required!
