Copper Mountain Resort is a vacation destination located 75 miles west of Denver, Colorado in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation: Proposed hiring rate of $18.50 to $20.40+ actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.

Benefits: This is a seasonal position eligible for season pass for employees/dependents and privileges at several other resorts. Several discount programs (i.e. food & beverage, retail/rental, tickets, etc.) also available.

Job Summary:

The Business Center is Copper’s small print shop. Our agent assists our guests and interdepartmental departments with printing options and services. This includes having the knowledge of the services, programs and benefits of the Copper Business Center and be able to discuss this information competently with inquiring guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Strives to continually exceed our internal and external guests' expectations and provide them with the technical assistance as requested and within the framework of services available. Assists in developing the services as Copper's internal print shop.

Offers a variety office services as printing, copying, scanning, faxing, labeling, and cutting to our guest and interdepartmental departments. Will be trained in basic network and internet use along with copy/fax/printer and technical services.

Responsible timely correspondence for the business center email and order requests.

Assists in managing order requests and coordinating services with guests or interdepartmental departments.

Utilizes multiple programs as Microsoft office (outlook, excel, word, publisher) and Abode Acrobat for document printing services. Square is sued for point of sale.

Proficiently use the Xerox copier at the business center to fulfill guest’s orders, complete print job requests in a timely matter.

Assists in maintaining office supply inventory and needs.

Check voicemails daily and return calls in a timely manner.

Builds relationship with interdepartmental departments and resort guests. Provides information on services and resort information.

Coordinates all prices, promotions, programs, events, and policies of Copper Mountain and know how to find information if not available using tools like “Guestlink”.

Presents a well-groomed image and wears the appropriate uniform and nametags at all times while on duty.

Be responsible with working hours, notifying Supervisor of overtime situations-aware that due to the fluctuating nature of our business, hours may be adjusted at any time due to demand. Flexibility with scheduling as determined by demand.

Maintain a clean and professional business atmosphere at all times.

Be accountable for opening and closing duties, point of sales, adhering to cash handling protocol as outlined by accounting procedures.

Works as a liaison with Conference Services in determining incoming groups needs and services

Be unique and animate the guest experience as well as to assist in creating better ways to service external and internal guests.

Dispense accurate information and provide generous assistance so that our guests have the best mountain experience possible.

Work independently without direct supervision always maintaining the integrity and best interest of Copper Mountain, Inc.

Have the knowledge and resources of the services, programs, benefits, and locations of Copper Mountain and be able to discuss the information competently.

Assists with overall restroom cleanliness and duties when needed

Preferred Experience and Special Skills:

Previous experience with computerized sales, technical aspects of a business center preferred but not required.

Previous guest service related experience preferred but not required.

Knowledge of computers is required.

Professional adherence to all aspects of the job.

Knowledge / Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, and PowerPoint are required.
