Job Description:

Customers ask us to help them solve their most critical technology needs and we proactively share relevant ideas, insights and experience to create a plan for addressing those needs.

Who you are:

- Estudiante de Sistemas o afines con conocimientos básicos de Windows y/o UNIX y/o WMware.
- Experiencia en mantenimiento o resolución de incidentes de Windows y/o UNIX y/o VMware.
- Inglés: Intermedio/Avanzado (excluyente).
- Horario: Esquema 12x36 de 19:00hs a 7:00hs.

What you'll do:

- Resolución y seguimiento de incidentes.

- Escalamiento de incidentes de gran impacto.

- Monitoreo de servidores.

- Planeamiento y ejecución de cambios.

- Participación en llamadas con el cliente y proveedores en español e inglés.

- Trabajo coordinado con otros equipos.

- Generación de documentación técnica.

- Desarrollo y ejecución de automations (Ansible, Powershell, Power Automate)

- Manejo de ServiceNow.
