We are seeking a knowledgeable and driven Wine & Spirits Sales Representative & Merchandiser to help grow the Wine & Spirits business in our South Florida locations. This role is responsible for maintaining fully stocked and well-merchandised aisles, ensuring compliance with all state and local alcohol regulations, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate brings strong wine and spirits knowledge, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to build relationships with licensed wholesale customers. This isn't just a sales job; you are a consultant for our members. You will leverage Restaurant Depot’s existing loyal customer base to grow our Wine & Spirits department.

Key Responsibility

Demonstrate strong wine, beer, and spirits knowledge when assisting customersBuild and maintain relationships with customers and support new account developmentAssist customers to develop wine and cocktail offerings that feature our productsConduct customer tastings (both in the branch and at customers establishments)Build and maintain in-store displays to ensure seamless customer experience.Ensure compliance with all State and Local alcohol wholesale laws and regulationsCommunicate with customers how Restaurant Depot private labels can generate higher profits for their businessesContinually upsell active customers by introducing new products and expanding Restaurant Depot’s portion of their W&S offeringsConduct customer tastings (both in the branch and at customers establishments)

Experience Preferred:

Minimum 2 years of experience in Wine & Spirits sales, preferably in Florida (applicants with experience in restaurants or retail will also be considered)Experience with restaurants and wine/cocktail lists a plusStrong knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits preferredWine and spirits certifications (e.g., WSET or similar) are a plus.Speaking Spanish is a significant plus


Position Requirements:

Must be able to travel to the following locations: Miami, Davie, Pompano Beach, Boynton Beach, and Riviera Beach, FL (mileage reimbursement provided)Must own a reliable vehicle and have a clean driving recordMust be able to travel to customer locations as required (LQS Permit) Frequent bending, reaching, and stoopingComfortable working around moving equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacksHigh motivation and entrepreneurial spirit
