This is a high-visibility, on-site role where your VMware and Windows Systems expertise will directly strengthen national defense operations. **What Will You Do** + Engineer and maintain robust **VMware environments** , including upgrades, migrations, and lifecycle planning. + Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex server/application issues to ensure maximum uptime. + Collaborate across disciplines to align system configurations and performance with organizational goals. + Document configurations, workflows, and compliance materials to meet DoD security policies. + Champion new technologies and process improvements that increase operational efficiency. **What Sets You Apart** ( _job qualifications_ ) + Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience or a Master's degree and 6+ years of experience.
