Description and Requirements Job Responsibilities：Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance Windows applications and systems.Contribute to AI-driven data mining and analytics efforts, including designing data pipelines and performing feature extraction.Deploy AI-enabled features on Windows operating systems to enhance product capabilities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and performance of Windows-specific software solutions.Job Requirements：Possess strong proficiency in Windows-specific software development paradigms and a collaborative mindset.Have experience in C/C++ development for Windows drivers and system services.Be proficient in COM, ATL, MFC, and Win32 APIs for Windows software development.Demonstrate experience with multithreading and concurrency patterns in software development.Have knowledge of Windows UI frameworks, including WinUI 2/3 and WPF.Be familiar with performance profiling tools such as PerfMon, Visual Studio Profiler, and VTune.Possess experience in cross-language interop, specifically C# with C++/CLI.Understand secure coding practices and threat modeling to ensure software security.Be familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies, Jira, and feature-driven development processes.Have familiarity with AI Coding tools like Trae, Copilot, and Claude Code.Hardware interaction experience (e.g., device drivers, PCIe, PCI/USB interactions) is a plus, even if not strictly required.Familiarity with LLM, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or other popular AI Frameworks is a plus.
