Windows AI Operations Specialist (f/m/d)

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Windows AI Operations Specialist at Siemens AG. You will be responsible for the operation and support of our Windows Assets and development of operational AI solutions, ensuring its smooth functioning and continuous development to meet customer-specific use cases. This position will also involve operating Access Manager and working with various server management applications.

Key Responsibilities

Build, operate and administer our Windows-based server landscape. Test and implement AI & Automation solutions, develop alternative concepts and scenarios, and integrate AI services into our Windows-based server landscape. Install and configure standardized server systems and applications on different hardware and software technologies, including customer-specific requirements. Harden and monitor the operating systems and applications for compliance with company specifications and best practices. Secure and monitor normal operations, including 24-hour on-call duty for remote analysis, troubleshooting, and problem reporting/escalation. As our Access Manager service manager, you will independently handle complex application problems, researching causes of errors, and eliminating them. Provide technical advice on server/network architecture, software running on the operating system or containers, and various applications. Analyze, process, and realize use cases in the administrative area within existing Monitoring Management Solutions. 

You excel in 

EducationBachelor's degree in IT, engineering, business informatics, or equivalent knowledge gained through relevant work experienceExperience & SkillsProven track record of 3-5 years in troubleshooting and resolving complex operating system and application issuesIn-depth understanding of Windows Server administration and support, both on-premises and in cloud environmentsFamiliarity with a wide range of landscape technologies, including but not limited to Openshift, AWS, Azure, and Windows RDS ServicesHands-on experience in the planning, implementation, and operation of cutting-edge AI & Automation solutions  Proficiency in programming & scripting languages relevant to the before mentioned technologiesStrong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and perform accurate diagnostics under tight deadlinesWays of workingExceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective technical guidance and support to stakeholders at all levelsFlexibility to participate in 24-hour on-call duty rotation and commitment to meeting stringent SLA requirements  Advantageous: Knowledge of additional server and cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure Beneficial: Familiarity with Access ManagerLanguagesFluency in English is essential; German language skills are an asset
