Skills and Requirements ▪ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. ▪ 3+ years of experience in Windows server administration. ▪ Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy. ▪ Proficiency in PowerShell scripting. ▪ Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN). ▪ Comfortable working in Windows alongside Linux and macOS ▪ Experience with security best practices, preferably with NIST SP 800-171 ▪ Experience with SCCM for patch management and software deployment. ▪ Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Administration Associate or equivalent certification. ▪ Experience building or maintaining Hyper-converged Hyper-V environments
