Job Description We are seeking six contract technicians to support a large-scale Windows 11 upgrade initiative across hospital and clinic locations. This role involves hands-on hardware upgrades, device imaging, and light troubleshooting. Skills and Requirements • 0–2 years of experience in IT support, hardware deployment, or related field • Basic hardware knowledge (RAM installation, drive swaps) • Ability to follow technical documentation and imaging procedures • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally • Experience in hospital or clinical environments • Prior deployment or field technician experience • Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware issues
