Winding Technician

Winding Technician will develop and deliver programs to train and ensure competency of channel personnel, Baker Hughes employees, and customers (end users) on the assembly, testing and servicing of Flow Control & Safety Solutions products. They will also conduct required audits of channel partners globally. They also provide product and quality system support to the channel partner.
Winding Technician, you will be responsible for:
Rotors - assembly of the excitation lead into the rotor; installation, brazing of the winding, 1st pressing; wedging, 2nd pressing, insulating cover under the hoop, installation of hoops, rotor repairs - service orders, production of connections for the DAX stator, insulating the exciter rotors before winding, installation of the exciter rotors, soldering of exciters, exciter bandage.
Stators - phase marking, pre-assembly of brackets, coil insertion, wedging, side wedging, soldering - autogenous, soldering - induction, insulation, assembly of connections, production of Teflon hoses, RTD elements, winding of exciters, sealing of Hawke bushings, assembly of phase and neutral boxes, electrical installation, assembly of outlet cables;
Ensuring the packaging process of products, materials and their parts.
Packaging and shipping of goods in accordance with specified requirements.
Sorting products according to various parameters (weight, dimensions, color, content, etc.).
Marking goods with production numbers, various labels and stickers.
Folding and storing various packaging materials (boxes, crates, nets, bags, pallets, etc.).
Operation and basic maintenance of packaging machines/lines
