Position Summary:
The Will Call coordinator will interact with customers, visitors, vendors, and PFG associates as they manage the front desk reception. Must have strong customer service and organizational skills, Microsoft office knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
The Will Call coordinator is a member of the customer service team with responsibilities that include (but not limited to):
Managing the pickup of “will-call” orders by coordinating with the customer to verify the items picked up are correct.
Understands and enforces the no return policy.
Processing employee purchases that are “will-call” pickups.
Obtaining signatures and payments, when required from will call customers and complete a daily reconciliation of sales.
Helping prepare UPS labels for recovery requests.
Processing truck return credits.
Staffing the front reception desk to monitor guest sign in as well as issue approved access badges. Responsibilities include keeping the front desk area clean and organized.
Assist team members with fielding phone calls from associates and sales associates during peak times and as requested.
Perform other duties as assigned and requested.
The Will Call Coordinator functions as a customer service team member and works in conjunction with the warehouse department in the will call process. Performs all duties in accordance with the Company's safety and work process policies and procedures.
