Schedule
Monday - Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm w/ occasional Saturdays from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.

Starting pay: $20-$23

Main Ingredients of the Job
As a US FOODS® Will Call Clerk you will be assisting the warehouse, sales team, customers, and vendors with order placements for pick up or delivery. Perform back up activities throughout warehouse supporting all aspects of shipping and receiving. Activities include data entry of shipping and receiving information, preparation and distribution related reports, or file/records.

• Process Will Call orders from warehouse with accuracy and support with customer service
• Be willing to cross train with other positions in operations
• Prepare and update delivery appointment sheet daily for shipping and receiving
• Responsible for accurate data entry with shipping and receiving information
• Prepare in-bound documents, preparation and distribution related reports, or file/record maintenance
• Manage discrepancy report
• Communicate with management on daily basis
• File out of stock and damage claims within warehouse

THE WILL CALL CLERK WILL BE EXPECTED TO PERFORM ESSENTIAL SELECTOR DUTIES WHEN VOLUME PERMITS

What you bring to the table
Education/Training
• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
• Communicate clearly both in writing and verbally
• Telephone skills, math skills, and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills, and good analytical skills
• Resolve routine problems of limited scope

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is between $20 and $23. This role will also receive overtime compensation.

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law (for example: state minimum wage thresholds). The expected base rate for this role is between $20.00 and $23.00.
