Position OverviewThe Will Call Clerk will be responsible for providing customer service and efficient order fulfillment to independent customers. The Will Call Clerk will interact with independent customers, professionally handling inquiries, resolving issues, coordinating customer order pickup and processing customer payment. The Will Call Clerk will collaborate with Commercial and Procurement teams to fulfil customer orders and understand seasonal offerings of commodity products. The Will Call Clerk will be responsible for using the warehouse voice recognition system and electric pallet jacks to accurately select product per customer order specifications. The Will Call Clerk will also be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming Will Call center.

Operates electric pallet jack and warehouse voice system to safely and accurately select product from the warehouse to fulfill customer ordersTake customers orders and input them into the system. Skills

Must be able to operate electric pallet jack and or be certified for equipment handling, Computer skillsAbility to read, write, and perform basic math functions.Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.Ability to handle money, checks, and other media and distinguish between various forms of currency

Years Of Experience

0-2: 1+ years of experience in a warehouse setting, selecting product with the use of MHE. Prior experience in a customer service and, or cashier roles preferred.
