The Warranty & After Market Regional Engineer is the contact person (for local Sales Team, Customers, Distributors, End Users and Service Partners) for remote and/or on-site technical support on field issues throughout the product life cycle, including both warranty claims and non-warranty support. Manages service-, and technical support related (warranty claims and non-warranty) requests received from customers, involving Service Partners, Xylem Field Engineer or when needed in person ensuring compliance with expected health and safety procedures. This activity include reporting and financial aspects. **Essential Duties/Principal Responsibilities** + Support Service Partner network and provide guideline in technical support and claim evaluation; potentially perform periodical service partner audits + Organize, in agreement with Central Team guideline, the product Return to Factory or dedicated Service Partner in case of claim that require deep analysis + Manage Claim in the country with defined DOA for warranty expense properly using approved tools + Collaborate and conduct Service training (Troubleshooting, commissioning and failure analysis) + Provide After Sales technical support to local sales team, customers, end user and Service Partners + Provide field support for commissioning or field issue (especially in case of issue with high business impact) + Collect and share with Local and central teams product quality issue (included poor perceived quality) + Actively cooperate in field test initiatives to support product validation + Propose aftermarket-related business initiatives (i.e Spare parts or new business opportunities). + Ensure the implementation of the procedures in health&safety provided + Propose and manage maintenance contract if profitable (including contractual and financial aspects) Qualifications: Education, Experience + High School technical Diploma in Engineering or similar with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role (After Sales / Pre sales / Product Quality / customer Projects) in companies with similar structure and dimension + English and Turkish language knowledge + Solid technical knowledge / process oriented and problem solving capability + Quick, proactive, customer focused thinking, analytical personality + ERP, EXCEL and e-mail (MS Office Suite) + Basic written /spoken English (B1 level at least) to understand technical literature Basic knowledge of norms related to electromechanical products included electronics **\#LI-Hybrid** Join the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.
