Initiatives are focused on improving business process and include, but are not limited to, workflow enhancements, technology changes, risk and audit finding resolution, as well as client and teammate experience improvements. These initiatives support the strategic objectives for the Client Success organization leading to increased efficiency, reduced costs, enhanced performance and revenue generation. The Process Optimization Lead collaborates with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure successful implementation and adoption of process changes. **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** 1. Lead the deployment of redesigned workflows, process changes, system enhancements, and implementation of risk controls seamlessly into business operations and ongoing processes 2. Conduct detailed business analysis to identify the business needs of stakeholders and to develop solutions for business problems 3. Translate business needs into requirements and help guide the design of solutions 4. Collaborate with partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget 5. Ensure project documentation is completed timely and new or modified workflows are maintained as needed 6. Engage business and functional partners to gain internal points of view, create transparency and ensure buy-in 7. Support and influence decision-making on process changes, system improvements, and technology integration 8. Serve as a liaison with risk, compliance and audit to oversee the timely completion of findings and outstanding issues 9. Ensure initiatives adhere to risk, compliance, and audit requirements 10. Identify, mitigate or escalate risks or roadblocks prohibiting achievement of identified scope 11. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes, gathering feedback, and making necessary adjustments **Required Qualifications:** The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or related field or equivalent work experience • Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and solve problems • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders and present findings • Ability to plan, execute, and manage process improvement projects • Proficiency in relevant software, such as Microsoft Office, project management tools, and process mapping software • Understanding of change management principles and ability to effectively manage the implementation of process changes Preferred Qualifications: • Certification in process improvement methodology (i.e. Agile, Lean or Six Sigma, etc.). • Experience in a Process Optimization or Business Analyst role **General Description of Available Benefits for Eligible Employees of Truist Financial Corporation:** All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of Truist offering the position.
