JPMorgan Chase is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Associate to join the operational functions in Buenos Aires. This role is ideal for individuals with 4 to 9 years of experience in operations who excel in dynamic environments and are committed to delivering high-quality results in line with JPMorgan Chase standards.

Job Responsibilities:

Execute operational processes related to the lifecycle of financial products, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations. • Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to support daily operations and resolve issues efficiently.  Maintain a strong controls environment by adhering to established procedures and supporting risk management initiatives. Contribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, scale, and resilience within the operating platform.  Analyze data and prepare reports to support decision-making and operational transparency. Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, distilling complex topics into clear, concise information. Demonstrate ownership and accountability for assigned tasks, proactively managing issues and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, with more than years in operations roles; experience in financial operations is a plus. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to synthesize data to draw appropriate conclusions.  Proven ability to work collaboratively within a highly matrixed organization and coordinate with cross-functional teams.  Risk and control mindset, demonstrating sound judgment in balancing innovation and growth with regulatory, legal, and operational risk management. Effective communication skills, able to present information clearly to stakeholders and clients.  Commitment to continuous improvement and high standards of quality.
