Purpose of the Role
As Manager Wholesale Activation, you will drive the execution of 360° omnichannel marketing plans for key strategic wholesale accounts across South East Europe. By ensuring adidas visibility across all physical and digital touchpoints, you will help elevate brand presence, drive sell-out, and create meaningful consumer experiences that connect the brand with local audiences. This position will be a maternity cover for 12 months, subject to extension based on business needs.
What you will do
Execute holistic marketing activation plans for strategic wholesale partners, ensuring strong adidas brand presence across in-store and online environments. Build and implement seasonal trade marketing plans aligned with brand and category priorities. Develop and coordinate account-specific digital and offline marketing initiatives in collaboration with Digital Partners Commerce (DPC) and Performance Marketing teams. Partner with customer marketing teams to ensure consistent and premium adidas representation across all campaigns and platforms. Manage creative and media agencies for activation execution, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and internal procurement processes. Deliver impactful, hyper-local campaigns that create engaging consumer experiences at retail and online. Partner with Visual Merchandising to optimize in-store visibility through windows, launch zones, and digital touchpoints. Collaborate closely with the Strategic Accounts Sales team to identify performance gaps and deploy tactical marketing initiatives that drive sell-out. Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and deliver reports assessing ROI and marketplace impact. Manage allocated marketing budgets in line with adidas procedures, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance. Skills you’ll needUniversity degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
3 or more years of marketing experience, ideally in an international or consumer brand environment.
Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing, retail activations, and digital commerce.
Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and external partners.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
Experience managing budgets and multiple projects simultaneously.
Passion for sport, fashion, and evolving consumer trends.
