Opportunity — This role gives you a unique view into how a leading company operates across states. You’ll work closely with multiple teams (Finance, Field Ops, Licensing) and learn a lot.

What you’ll do (Your mission):

You’ll be our go‑to for compliance, licensing, and helping new salons get licensed quickly and correctly. Key responsibilities include:

Keeping our business & salon licenses current in 35 states — preparing applications, gathering documentation, working with internal teams to get what’s needed.

Tracking license costs and maintaining both digital & hard‑copy licenses. Ensuring field offices receive required signs, postings, and regulatory materials.

Managing DBA names (doing new ones, renewing old ones), and helping with sketches / floor plans for new salon‑openings.

Supporting inspections & distributing reports. Monitoring updates to laws/regulations and making sure field teams have what they need.

Who you are:

Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing paperwork, deadlines, and follow‑ups across multiple projects/states.

Good with communication—both with internal teams and external agencies/offices.

Able to work independently, anticipate needs, and follow through.

Bonus: prior experience in licensing, regulatory compliance, or operations support. Education/licensure in business, legal studies or similar is a plus.
