Shift: Monday - Friday 11:30am - 8:00pm
What you’ll do:
Join our team as a Wheelchair Van Driver, ensuring safe, timely, and courteous patient transportation. Under the Operations Supervisor, you will play a key role in efficient transport while maintaining accurate records and adhering to policies.
Responsibilities:
Transport patients per schedule while maintaining professionalism.
Plan routes, report delays, and communicate via two-way radio.
Keep vehicles clean and complete daily checklists.
Maintain accurate logs and uphold confidentiality.
Follow safety guidelines and company policies.

What you’ll need for this job:
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or GED.Ability to read maps and navigate the Chicagoland area.CPR certification preferred (must complete within six months)Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication skills for interacting with healthcare personnel.Problem-solving abilities to prioritize assignments.Clean motor vehicle record.Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Frequent climbing, pushing, bending, kneeling, and crouching.This role requires professionalism, safety awareness, and a commitment to excellent customer service.
Compensation:
Pay Range: $15.66 - $21.10 per hour
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
