As a Senior DevOps/SRE, you will be part of our global OBT team and is expected to actively work in Engineering Fleet teams to design, implement CICD pipeline, Observability and Cloud Initiatives, working side-by-side with our Architecture & Application Development teams. This position is responsible for developing innovative, flexible and scalable solutions, driving the automation and adoption of DevOps processes both on premise and on the Cloud. Responsibilities: Design and manage complex infrastructure solutions across hybrid cloud environments (AWS, and on-premises). Implement public cloud migration and on premise open stack migration initiatives to modernize on-premise applications. Architect and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaaC) solutions using Terraform[Atlantis], Crossplane. Build and maintain automation pipelines using tools like Ansible, Argo Workflows, and CI/CD platforms (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Rollouts) and implement Blue-Green/Canary strategies. Develop tooling and automation scripts using Python and/or Go for operational efficiency & Improve developer productivity Oversee Kubernetes infrastructure, including deployment, scaling[CAS/Karpenter], and management of operators. Implement and manage Istio as a service mesh & Gateway to Kubernetes workloads Develop and execute Chaos Engineering practices to identify and mitigate potential system failures. Implement AWS Resiliency best practices to ensure high availability and disaster recovery. Implement and manage observability solutions using Dynatrace, Splunk, and open-source tools to ensure end-to-end visibility. Drive cost optimization strategies by implementing robust monitoring and automated cost control measures. Establish and enhance product resiliency frameworks, ensuring uptime and fault tolerance for critical systems. Create and maintain product security scorecards based on ADP benchmarks to track and enforce compliance with security best practices. Provide technical leadership, mentor junior team members, and contribute to architectural decisions. Strong knowledge on Linux systems and shell scripting. Collaborate with Application Architects, Developers and SRE teams globally ##LI-DNI

Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor/Master in Engineering or equivalent 8+ years of experience in infrastructure/platform engineering or related fields. Deep understanding of hybrid cloud environments, especially AWS and Azure. Strong expertise in Python and/or Go for scripting and tool development. Proficiency in Kubernetes, including building and managing custom operators. Hands-on experience with Istio or similar service mesh technologies and their configuration. Advanced knowledge of CI/CD tools such as ArgoCD, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions, Argo workflows. Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaaC) tools like Terraform and Ansible. Strong background in Linux system administration, performance optimization, and troubleshooting. Proven ability to implement and scale observability platforms using tools like Dynatrace and Splunk. Experience with designing and enforcing cost optimization strategies in multi-cloud environments. Strong problem-solving and leadership skills with the ability to guide cross-functional teams. Experience with API standards (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML)
