Job Title: Sr. Associate Functional Consultant/Consultant UKG Workforce Central / Dimensions Integrations Experience: 3 to 8 years Location: Hyderabad / Hybrid / UK Shift 2PM to 11PM IST Function: Workforce Management (WFM) Technology & Migration Services Role Overview: Looking for an experienced Boomi Integration Consultant with a strong background in building data interfaces for Workforce Management and Payroll systems. The candidate will design and develop standard and custom integrationssuch as Person Import, Payroll Export, and third-party data flowsusing Boomi AtomSphere. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain standard integrations (Person Import, Payroll Export) between UKG and other HR/Payroll systems. Develop and deploy custom interfaces using Boomi AtomSphere following enterprise integration standards. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define mapping, data validation, and transformation logic. Manage end-to-end interface lifecycle from design, build, and testing to deployment and monitoring. Support and troubleshoot integration issues in production environments. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards during integration processes. Maintain integration documentation, data flow diagrams, and process maps. Required Skills & Experience: 38 years of experience in Integration Development using Boomi AtomSphere. Strong understanding of Workforce Management (UKG) and Payroll systems data structures. Experience developing REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, and flat file-based integrations. Proficient in Boomi process building, connectors (HTTP, SFTP, Database), and error handling mechanisms. Good understanding of HRMS data flows, including personnel, time, accruals, and payroll data. Boomi Professional or Associate Certification is mandatory. Mandatory Skill Sets/Experience Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills 3-8 years in an international client facing environment Preferred: Functional knowledge of UKG time application based on Kronos (eTime and WFM) Preferred: Functional knowledge of WFN and payroll processing Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into user friendly language for clients Excellent problem solving and a proactive approach to finding solutions. Detail oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Customer and client service orientation Good Excel / Power Point / Word skills Good at Multitasking, prioritization, time management skills Flexible to work night shift US timings Good to Have: Experience integrating with SAP Payroll, Oracle HCM, or Workday. Familiarity with UKG Pro / Dimensions APIs and WIM interfaces. Exposure to cloud deployment models and DevOps practices. Behavioral & Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and documentation skills. Ability to work in a global, cross-functional team environment. Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate
