**Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Project Management:** 1. Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation and migration process for assigned client projects. 2. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure projects remain on track. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Client Services, Technical Teams) to ensure effective communication and successful project outcomes. 1. **Client Onboarding and Consultation:** 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the migration process, understanding their business needs and ensuring a successful migration journey. 2. Conduct Business Blueprint/Discovery workshops to capture and document client requirements. 3. Provide expert guidance on best practices for workforce management and time and attendance processes. 1. **Solution Customization and Configuration:** 1. Configure the Workforce Manager solution (including labor levels, business structure, employee groups, attestation, clock setup, access profiles, wage profiles, adjustment rules, percent allocation, time and attendance policies) based on client-specific requirements. 2. Implement data integration solutions using tools such as Boomi and UKG Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) for seamless inbound and outbound interfaces. 3. Customize reporting using Business Intelligence tools, including Dataviews, Reporting Studio, and Report Designer. 1. **Training and Client Support:** 1. Deliver comprehensive training sessions (both on-site and remote) to ensure clients are proficient in using Workforce Manager. 2. Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. 1. **Quality Assurance and Testing:** 1. Conduct scenario-based testing and quality assurance to validate the functionality of the implemented solution. 2. Monitor the performance of the system, gather client feedback, and make necessary adjustments. 1. **Documentation and Reporting:** 1. Maintain detailed documentation of each implementation project, including client communications, customizations, and project status. 2.
