WFMgr Migration - MAS 164906
Position Title: Workforce Manager Migration Consultant As WFMgr Migration Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the successful implementation of WFMgr for our clients. You will serve as a critical point of contact ensuring a smooth transition from the previous platform (Etime/Enhanced time) to the new WFMgr platform. Your primary goal is to deliver a seamless onboarding experience, meeting client expectations, and ensuring the successful integration of our solutions into their business processes. Key Responsibilities 1Project Management: oLead and manage the end-to-end implementation process for assigned client projects. oDevelop detailed project plans, timelines and milestones to ensure the project stays on track. oCo-ordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, technical and client services, to ensure alignment and effective communication. 2Client Onboarding: oServe as the main point of contact for clients during onboarding process, addressing their questions and concerns promptly. oConduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and objectives. oCollaborate with clients to define project scope, goals and deliverables. 3Solution customization and configuration: oWork closely with the technical team to customize and configure our product and services to meet client specifications. oProvide guidance on best practices and optimal usage of our solutions based on the clients business needs. 4Training and Support: oDeliver training sessions to clients, both remotely and on-site, to ensure they are proficient in using our products and tools. oProvide ongoing post-implementation support to trouble shoot and resolve any issues or inquiries that arise. 5Quality Assurance: oConduct rigorous testing and validation of the implemented solution to ensure they meet the clients requirements and are free of errors. oContinuously monitoring the performance of the implemented systems, gathering feedback from clients and making necessary improvements 6Documentation: oMaintain detailed documentation of each implementation including project status, client communication and any customizations made. Mandatory Skill Sets/Experience Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills 2-3 years in an international client facing environment Preferred: Functional knowledge of UKG time application based on Kronos (eTime and WFM) Preferred: Functional knowledge of WFN and payroll processing Ability to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into user friendly language for clients Excellent problem solving and a proactive approach to finding solutions. Detail oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Customer and client service orientation Good Excel / Power Point / Word skills Good at Multitasking, prioritization, time management skills Flexible to work night shift US timings Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate ##LI-DNI
