Basic:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education At least 10 years of experience with Information Technology Preferred: Very good experience in Kronos with functional expertise in Timekeeping, Scheduling, Forecasting, Accruals, Attendance modules and Workforce Integration Manager. Sound knowledge of the various workforce management disciplines like Accruals, Attendance Tracking, Compliance monitoring, Employee Self Service, Fatigue Management, Leave Management, Overtime Management, Schedule Optimization, Work Authorization, Activity tracking for monitoring idle time, utilization, productivity and incentive pay. Practical Experience/Exposure and knowledge in Wokrforce Dimensions will be an added advantage Experience in extensive client interactions involving detailed discussions on functional and technical requirements and providing solutions from a domain and product perspective Experience in common integration methodologies including WIM (Kronos), XML APIs, XML Imports, Web services and standard Import Tables.  Experience in data conversions using import tables, XML Imports with analyzing and debugging skills. Preferred experience in Oracle PL/SQL Kronos Functional/Technical Consultant, with implementation experience (at least 2 projects) and upgrade experience (at least 1 project) Functional testing or automated testing in T&A and/or LFSO modules
