YOUR TASKS
•    Manage our WFM-HR system, including application administration;
•    Write SQL queries to extract data and transform it into actionable insights;
•    Build datadumps and Power BI dashboards for HR and workforce analysis;
•    Interpret HR data, perform trend analyses, and actively monitor outliers;
•    Develop and present improvement proposals based on your analyses;
•    Collaborate with both the WFM team and warehouse colleagues to implement data-driven optimizations;
•    Contribute to the ongoing development of our data-driven workforce planning approach.

YOUR PROFILE
•    Proven experience with SQL databases and writing custom queries;
•    Proficient in Power BI and advanced-level Excel;
•    Familiarity with API integrations is a plus;
•    Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis in an HR context;
•    Fluent in both Dutch and English, spoken and written;
•    Comfortable operating at different levels within a fast-paced organization.

WE OFFER
•    A gross monthly salary between €2,580 and €4,722;
