Job Mission:
The Senior WFJ Learning & Development Professional plays a critical role in enhancing the performance and expertise of retail teams across the Watches, Fine Jewelry (WFJ) categories. By designing and delivering engaging, locally relevant training programs, this role ensures elevated product knowledge, refined client experience skills, and the successful adoption of blended learning solutions—including digital tools. Acting as a key liaison between central training teams and boutique operations, the Senior L&D Professional also manages training execution, gathers data-driven feedback, and contributes to strategic learning goals with a focus on long-term impact and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Learning Needs Analysis & Planning
Partner with boutique leadership and WFJ office teams to assess training needs based on performance data, employee feedback, and business objectives.
Translate insights into actionable learning priorities aligned with both global strategies and local needs.
Training Design & Delivery
Contribute to the development and deployment of blended learning solutions (classroom, digital, on-the-job) tailored to diverse retail audiences.
Localize and adapt global or regional training content to align with cultural, operational, and client-facing realities.
Prepare and deliver impactful, brand-aligned training sessions that foster product expertise, storytelling, and client engagement excellence.
Digital Learning & Adoption
Create on-demand digital learning content in response to evolving business priorities.
Oversee the rollout, tracking, and optimization of digital self-learning tools and platforms.
Foster a culture of continuous learning by encouraging retail employees to engage with digital content and apply learnings in daily client interactions.
Measurement & Feedback
Gather and analyze training feedback and performance metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Provide insights and recommendations to Global and regional L&D teams for ongoing optimization of training programs.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Engagement
Act as a bridge between central training teams and boutique operations, ensuring seamless execution of learning initiatives.
Collaborate closely with Fashion L&D counterparts to share best practices and drive cross-category synergies.
Serve as a primary point of contact for all WFJ-related training inquiries from boutique teams, offering guidance and support as needed.
Events & Training Support
Support key WFJ and HJ events by delivering on-site training that ensures retail readiness in product knowledge, storytelling, and selling points.
Provide logistical and administrative support for internal or client-facing events, as assigned.
Team Contribution & Development
Participate actively in WFJ L&D team meetings, contributing ideas to strengthen the learning ecosystem and enhance the employee experience.
Stay informed about learning trends, technologies, and retail best practices to bring innovation and relevance to training efforts.
Academic / Professional Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Work Experience
More than 7 years of experience in Watches & Fine Jewelry, Fashion industry
Minimum 3-5 years in Learning & Development, Retail Training, or a similar client-facing education role
