WF Resource Validation & Support Analyst

Location: South Elmsall, Pontefract

Shift: Monday-Friday 09:00-17:30

Up to £450 uniform allowance

Purpose 
Working in the Optimisation team, the WF Resource Validation & Support Analyst is responsible for providing all senior stakeholders with regular and ad hoc reports, aimed mainly at improving cost across NDL. 

 

Responsibilities
Initial responsibilities will be to design, build, and maintain high-quality reporting and insights on Health & Safety metrics, enabling informed decision-making, risk reduction, and regulatory compliance across the organisation.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on key Health & Safety metricsTranslate business requirements into clear, user-friendly reporting solutionsAutomate recurring reports to improve efficiency and consistencyAnalyse trends and patterns in safety data to identify risks, root causes, and improvement opportunitiesProvide actionable insights to H&S leaders and operational teamsWork closely with the Health & Safety team to understand their needs and priorities.Act as a bridge between technical data teams and non-technical stakeholders.Present findings clearly to a range of audiences, including senior leadership.Identify opportunities to improve reporting processesIntroduce best practices in data visualisation and storytellingProactively monitor safety data to detect serious risks, anomalies, or deteriorating trends and escalate these promptly to Health & Safety and operational leadership.
