**POSITION SUMMARY**
【 **Purpose of Role** 】
Ensure the safety of all guests visiting the WET area at all times. Responsible for providing a welcoming, efficient, personable and authentic experience for each guest during all encounters. Aim to maximize guest interaction while minimize time spent away from them. Create wow moments for guests by attending to their needs and performing W’s Whatever/Whenever service promise during all interactions. Follow all company policies and procedures and is in accordance with local law.
【 **Cast Key Responsibilities** 】
1.Monitor safety of guests at WET area, both in and out of WET, at all times.
2.Ensure WET area is setup correctly at all times, including sun chairs, cabanas and others, per W Brand Standards.
3.Ensure sufficient towels are available for guest use and setup correctly.
4.Offer any assistance to WET guests, e.g. a drink by the pool, help them

6.為每一個光臨的顧客提供隨時/隨需的服務,協助完成他們的需求。
7.協助客人點餐及製作飲品。
8.正確入賬至顧客的帳戶、收取現金或信用卡。確保所有的入賬記錄準確。
9.確保所有商品存貨充足以及正確的登記所有購買紀錄。
10.隨時保持所有設施乾淨整潔且備品充裕。
11.確保所有設施只提供給房客及健身中心會員使用。
