**Please join us for an on-site interview at Weston Hospital on April 20, 2026. Candidates who apply and pass the screening process will be notified to select an interview time.** As an RN, you will assist fellow caregivers in delivering exceptional care, from initial introduction to final send-off. In this role, you will interact directly with patients, families and visitors, offering the opportunity to enhance their experience and supply healthcare information as needed. Additionally, the Cleveland Clinic system provides nurses with many professional development resources, including furthering education and online/in-person courses to enhance your skills. **We will be filling multiple positions at Weston Hospital, offering different shifts, days and schedules. Available units to interview with include the Medical ICU, Surgical CVICU/ICU, Emergency Department, Cath Lab, Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) and Operating Room.** A caregiver who excels in this role will: + Provide direct nursing care. + Implement, monitor, evaluate, update and revise patient care plans. + Monitor, record, document and communicate patients' conditions. + Administer prescribed medications and treatments. + Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. + Assess and coordinate patients' discharge needs. + Educate patients and their families. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + Graduate from an accredited school of Professional Nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN program) + Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) + Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross + Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or ALS American Red Cross certification must be presented upon hire or within first year of employment based on the department service level + Critical Care Course or validated OJT for critical care settings + Periop 101 or validated OJT for the Operating room setting + **If in an Emergency Department,** ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) or ALS and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certifications through American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross upon hire or within one year of beginning work in the Emergency Department + **In Dedicated Trauma Centers,** Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC - adult) or Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC - pediatric) upon hire or within 24 months of beginning work in the Emergency Department + One year of current acute care and/or Emergency Department RN experience OR licensed military RN experience Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: + Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN) **Physical Requirements:** + Requires full range of body motion including handling and lifting patient, manual and finger dexterity, and eye-hand coordination. + Requires standing and walking for extended periods of time. + Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range. + Requires working under stressful conditions and irregular hours. + Exposure to communicable diseases and/or body fluids. + Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. + Physical Demand requirements are in excess of those for Light Work. **Personal Protective Equipment:** + Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required. **Pay Range** Salaries [which may be] shown on independent job search websites reflect various market averages and do not represent information obtained directly from The Cleveland Clinic.
