The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties: + assisting the manager in the daily running of the Fitness Studio; + managing the reception area; + greeting clients and customers and handling enquiries in person or by phone + managing phone calls, post and emails + book-keeping and record keeping of guests visits, active membership as well as data entry into the Westin Workout system. + maintenance and organisation of records + supervising and leading other associates The ideal candidate should meeting the following requirements: + being versatile, adaptable and able to work in a fast paced environment. + having good organizational skills as well as good problem solving skills + Is willing to work weekends and public holidays, and covering early opening shifts and closing shifts _At Marriott International, we are dedicated to being an equal opportunity employer, welcoming all and providing access to opportunity.
