Summary: Seeking a West Regional Sales Manager to drive sales of construction hoists and related equipment across CA, NV, AZ, and CO.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
Detail oriented
Knowledge of selling techniques including negotiation and persuasion
Familiarity with construction equipment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Net Suite
Experience with CRM systems
Responsibilities:
Develop relationships with customers and grow accounts in assigned territory
Ensure compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations
Prospect using phone selling skills and lead database services
Serve as direct interaction point for customers
Develop leads to sell services and initiate order processes
Follow up on orders to ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborate with customers to determine equipment needs
Prepare proposals, contracts, and close sales orders
Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
