We are looking for a motivated Working Student to support our Project Management team, with a focus on product launches and SAP data maintenance activities. This role offers hands-on experience in cross-functional projects and operational processes within a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support project managers in planning, coordinating, and tracking product launch projectsAssist with preparation and maintenance of project documentation, timelines, and status reportsSupport SAP master data maintenance, including data creation, updates, and quality checksCoordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g. Product Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, IT)Help monitor project milestones, risks, and action itemsPrepare presentations, reports, and meeting minutesSupport continuous improvement of project management and data processes

Requirements

Currently enrolled as a university student (e.g. Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field)Interest in project management, product launches, and business processesBasic understanding of SAP or strong willingness to learnVery good English skills (written and spoken); German or other languages are a plusConfident use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working styleStrong communication skills and ability to work in a team

Duration: 12 Months

Working hours: approx. 20 hours per week

Location: Bad Homburg (in agreement mobile/ hybrid working possible)
