As an integral part of the BCG Platinion business service team, part of the Boston Consulting Group, you will make a significant contribution to the success of our company.
We are looking for a working student (all genders) for 15-20h/week within the Employer Branding & Diversity Programs department in Cologne. You will play an active role in driving diversity programs for external talents and in shaping employer branding initiatives that strengthen our brand both inside and outside the organization. Along the way, you’ll gain exciting insights into the internal processes of an IT management consultancy.
Shape the world of tomorrowYou support the recruiting team in organizing various mentoring programs for external talents (e.g., the Female Talent Mentoring Program)You act as the main point of contact for participants within our mentoring programs and provide guidance throughout their journeyYou create and edit social media content for our website, social media channels, and other online platforms (e.g., LinkedIn posts, blog articles, etc.)You assist in organizing and executing video and photo shootsYou are part of various Diversity & Inclusion projectsYou support with the administration of our alumni database and the organization of alumni activitiesYou work closely with internal and external service providers
This is how you make a differenceYou are currently pursuing a Master's or Bachelor's degree in (Business) Psychology, Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources, Marketing, or a related fieldYou have initial experience in recruiting, human resources, or branding and are social media savvyIdeally, you have some experience with Canva, and PowerPointYou are eager to dive deeper into Diversity & Inclusion topics within recruiting and employer brandingYou have good communication skills in both German and EnglishYou are passionate about bringing an employer brand to life through compelling storytelling and creative designYou are a team player with strong organizational skills
