Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Welsh Speaking Customer Service Advisor for an immediate start, temporary assignment based in Cardiff.

Pay Rate: £15.04 per hour

As a Welsh Customer Service Advisor, your duties will include.Respond to all types of customer enquiries which come into the organisation.Use systems to manage and update enquiries.Processing permitting applications and licences.Ensuring accurate data capture and processing to relevant systemsDealing with other enquiries within the Customer Hub Team.

The successful candidate for the Welsh Customer Service Advisor role will also need the following skills;Fluent in both Welsh and English languagesGood experience with all Microsoft packagesAccurate with inputting data into systems.Good communication skillsAbility to solve problems.Ability to work to strict times called and deadlines.
