Join a dynamic team as a Wellwork Supervisor I, where you will play a crucial role in the oil and gas industry, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of wellwork operations in Carlsbad, New Mexico.

Role Overview

Planning Support: Provide planning assistance to Well Management Engineers and onsite representatives. Execution Readiness: Supervise Service Partner personnel throughout all operational stages. Safety Communication: Communicate safety, security, health, and environmental expectations. Operations Integrity: Ensure adherence to OIMS, WIMS, and WMS on-site. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve new or evolving operational issues. Monitoring Operations: Provide feedback to ensure compliance with procedures and manage emergencies. Procedure Development: Assist Engineering in evaluating wellwork procedures for feasibility. Reporting: Generate accurate operations reports. Equipment Inspection: Support QA/QC in inspecting service partner equipment pre-mobilization. Verification: Ensure all received equipment meets specifications and inspections are current. Rig-Up Validation: Confirm equipment rig-up and testing align with ExxonMobil standards. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for workflow enhancements and document lessons learned. Surveillance Support: Assist with onsite surveillance during operations. Handover Documentation: Write detailed handover notes for incoming supervisors.

Skills & Qualifications

Industry Experience: 1-5 years in wellwork intervention, workover, or hydraulic workover unit operations. Operator Background: Experience working for an operator or service provider (slickline, coiled tubing, wireline). Well Control Certification: Current certification required.

Education & Experience

Qualifications: Relevant technical degree or equivalent experience preferred. Experience: Minimum 1-5 years in related roles.
