\n\nWhat will I be doing?
\nAs a Wellness Operations Lead you will arrange booking for spa group programs. Responsible for supporting local market segment(s) and facilitating new customer relationships and accounts while maintaining existing relationships with current members for spa treatments, salon services, and wellness activations. Assist with spa supervisory roles in all areas as needed and any other duties as assigned by Spa Management. Specifically, this includes but is not limited to:
\n\nMeet with customers and prospective customers, participate in industry and community events to promote facilities, maintain contacts, and facilitate agreements for spa group business. Support Spa Management team in spa, salon, and wellness sales-related programs, events and memberships including operational support in day-to-day business and administrative functions.\nAssist in fielding phone calls, email, and land mail correspondences to and from prospective outside spa clients. Service spa partners with spa information, new programs and spa events. Assist with marketing team support as needed to include spa event set up, VIP guest liaison and PR efforts.\nCreate and drive new spa programs with existing spa partners. Disseminate information to prospective spa clients in the local, corporate and outside spa market.\nBe available on a dedicated phone extension at Kilolani Spa during the dates of spa programs and events\nProvide direct contact for outside wedding and special event clients before and during program dates.\nDisseminate program information to Kilolani Spa team members\nWork with Accounting to clarify any billing concerns as they relate to specific treatments.\nAssist in compiling program data for reporting purposes as assigned by Spa Management.\n\nWhat are we looking for?
