As a Wellness Instructor, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

A wellness instructor is a professional dedicated to promoting healthy lifestyle habits through personalized programs that integrate physical exercise, nutrition, stress management, and emotional well-being. Their approach is holistic, helping individuals achieve balance between body and mind.

They have knowledge in areas such as fitness, mindfulness, relaxation techniques, and health education, allowing them to design routines adapted to different needs and levels.

They are characterized by being empathetic, motivating, and committed to their clients’ well-being, encouraging sustainable lifestyle changes. They may work in gyms, spas, corporate environments, health centers, or independently.
