Job Description
The primary role of a Wellness Concierge is to enhance the overall well-being of Layan Life guests by providing personalized recommendations, coordinating wellness activities, and ensuring a seamless and memorable guest journey from pre-arrival, arrival, in-stay, departure, and post-departure to maintain long-term relationships with the guests.

Presenting Layan Life assets as a world class wellness center that curates personalized wellness transformational programsFull Guest Experience: Be skilled at providing exceptional customer experienceCo-ordinating pre-arrival wellness assessments with Layan Life Manager to understand the guest's health and wellness goals Coordinating wellness activities and appointments to optimize the guest's scheduleBeing available to answer any questions or concerns related to the guest's wellness journeyIncreasing the capture rate of inhouse guest to Layan Life services and optimize revenueEnsuring that Layan Life marketing and promotional materials are strategically placed in guest rooms and resort to encourage guests to book Layan LifeMaintain excellent relationship with departments with high guest engagement to ensure that that they are suggesting Layan Life to new arrivals during check-in, concierge interactions and other touchpoints.Providing information on our resort wellness activity resources, such as yoga, hiking and biking trails.QualificationsMedical and wellness background with outstanding interpersonal and communications skills and are ready for a new challengeVibrant personality and a can-do attitude Proficient at delivering a high-end ‘meet and greet’ service, working efficiently and professionally at all timesExcellent verbal / written communication skills
