Job Summary:

The Wellness Center Manager will provide leadership, supervision, and systems development for the occupational health clinic within Arconic. You will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and providers operating a 24-hour facility. The Wellness Center Manager is accountable supporting a headcount of approximately 2500 personnel including production, maintenance, and salaried employees.

The Wellness Center Lead reports to the Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager and will be responsible fielding calls off-shift as needed. The Wellness Center Manager works daytime hours Monday through Friday between 7am-5pm.
