About the Role

Please note - This role is working Nights - Wednesday - Sunday 10 PM - 7 AM CET (9 PM - 6 AM PT Time) - Work from Home.

As a pivotal part of our Employee Care team, you will:

Engage with individuals through personalized counseling and wellness assessments.Conduct 1:1 sessions that empower employees to achieve their wellness goals.Monitor employee health progress and adjust programs as needed.Manage and escalate clinical cases appropriately.Utilize data insights to tailor program content, ensuring maximum impact.

Group Engagement

Design and facilitate workshops on key topics such as work-life balance, stress management, and emotional well-being.Deliver impactful sessions addressing common workplace challenges.Evaluate and report on the health outcomes and effectiveness of the programs.

Communication & Reporting

Collaborate with management to share insights, trends, and potential risks.Craft and deliver communications about wellness initiatives to employees.Maintain confidentiality while managing records and reports.

Qualifications & Skills

Russian-speaking skills are essential. C1 or Native Level.English Language Proficiency at B2 is required.Minimum of a Master’s qualification (MA/MSc/MPhil/PhD/PsyD).Psychologist license holder/order.Extensive experience in the wellness or psychotherapy field.Proven track record of delivering wellness programs.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Experience in virtual training and workshop facilitation.Empathy and a collaborative spirit to build trust with leadership and rapport with employees.
