Job Description

The Onsite Wellbeing Specialist will provide mental health and wellbeing support to employees working in content moderation roles.
As a qualified psychologist you'll conduct sessions using interventions such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) and Mindfulness Based Therapies (MBT). You’ll routinely assess cases for risk, follow strict safety protocols and escalate complex cases to clinical leadership. Your role also includes collaborating with your colleagues to design and deliver group sessions that improve resilience, healthy coping, and distress management skills.
As this role falls into the category of Trust & Safety, you’ll be working with people exposed to harmful content. This may occur in the form of images, video, and text related to hate speech, violence, child safety, depictions of harm to self and others, and harm to animals.

Working hours-4 hours per day, 5 days per week (Total 20 hours/week)

Our psychological health team is a diverse group of specialists dedicated to developing, delivering, and evaluating employee health and wellbeing strategies for Trust & Safety teams at Concentrix. Our initiatives are crafted to enhance and support positive mental and physical health, while fostering a healthy culture and work environment across the organization.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

Deliver 1:1 check-ins and counselling sessions, addressing psychological health using resilience building strategies

Deliver group and peer support sessions aimed at building resilience, developing healthy coping strategies and building positive working relationships

Work with relevant stakeholders to drive mental health and wellbeing activities, with a focus on enhancing employee resiliency and minimizing psychological risks in the Content Moderation space

Facilitate creative sessions such as creative therapies, sound therapies, and mindfulness-based activities

Assess cases for trauma related to exposure to graphic content, follow escalation protocols, and triage employees to appropriate support pathways

Manage confidential case records and reports safely, and in line with privacy protocols

Deliver psychometric assessments to employees in your campaign

Respond promptly to emails and instant messages from employees seeking support, ensuring clear and timely communication

Contribute towards safe working practices across the Psychological Health team

Adhere to professional and ethical guidelines set by discipline specific governing and licensing bodies

Minimum qualifications:

Educational Background: A Master’s degree in psychology, psychotherapy, counseling, or a related field is required

Being an effective member of the Portuguese Psychological Association (OPP – Ordem dos Psicólogos Portugueses)

Clinical Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of post-graduate clinical experience, delivering both individual (1:1) and group coaching sessions across the mental health spectrum, with a focus on workplace-related mental health issues.

Proven experience in cross-cultural counselling, demonstrating sensitivity and competence with diverse backgrounds

Proven experience designing and delivering wellbeing/mental health training, workshops and webinars

Excellent time management and prioritization skills, effectively handling multiple tasks and responsibilities in a dynamic setting

Excellent communication skills 

Fluent in written and spoken English

Desired qualifications:

Experience working in Trust and Safety or a content moderation environment

Experience working with employees in a corporate environment
