Job Description

As a Psychologist in the Content Moderation team, you'll analyze data and workplace environments, conduct research studies, and implement training programs. Responsibilities include developing assessments, counseling employees, designing workshops, and reporting health outcomes. You'll also drive wellness initiatives, suggest organizational improvements, and manage communications with management and clients.

Profile:  

 

o    Psychologist, Industrial/ Organizational Psychologist -MA/ MBA/ MPhil Psychology/ PhD  

o    Additional certifications in a range of therapies beneficial  

o    Minimum 4 years of experience in the wellness or psychotherapy field. incl. Counseling experience   

o    Experience with innovation & strategy in wellness programs, preferably within a Corporate setting  

o    Experience with managing targets, evaluating a small team

o    Customer Management exposure and Content Moderation would be a big plus!  

o    Excellent communication skills  

o    Empathic and pleasant manner, blending well with both teams & individuals  

o    Able to build required trust  

o    Innovative approach  

  

Role:  

Strategy:

 

o        Analyze data, using statistical methods and applications, in order to evaluate the outcomes and effectiveness of workplace programs. 

o        Analyze job requirements and content in order to establish criteria for classification, assessment, selection, training, and other related personnel functions. 

o        Conduct research studies of physical work environments, organizational structures, communication systems, group interactions, morale, and motivation in order to assess organizational functioning. 

o        Develop interview techniques, rating scales, and psychological tests used to assess skills, abilities, and interests for the purpose of employee selection, placement, and promotion. 

o        Formulate and implement training programs, applying principles of learning and individual differences. 

o        Identify training and development needs. 

o        Observe and interview workers in order to obtain information about the physical, mental, and educational requirements of jobs as well as information about aspects such as job satisfaction. 

o        Study organizational effectiveness, productivity, and efficiency, including the nature of workplace supervision and leadership. 

o        Advise management concerning personnel, managerial, and marketing policies and practices and their potential effects on organizational effectiveness and efficiency. 

o        Counsel workers about job and career-related issues. 

o        Write reports/ participate in research findings and implications in order to contribute to general knowledge and to suggest potential changes in organizational functioning. 

o        Drive initiatives to achieve pre and post mental health intervention outcomes   

o        Evaluate program effectiveness and analyze data  

o        Driving Continuous Improvement Initiatives   

o        Recommend organizational process or policy change  

o        Prepare operational budgets to support programs  

  

Employee care:  

Individually  

o    Conduct needs assessments/ psychometric assessments   

o    Monitor health of employees  

o    Conduct 1:1 counselling sessions to guide and coach the employees.  

o    Monitor employee’s progress on a regular basis to ensure that their needs are met by the course of action, and to adjust it if necessary.   

o    Manage clinical cases as appropriate  

o    Ensure appropriate escalation procedures in place  

o    Tracking all data for client facing business reporting  

  

Group Workshops/Sessions  

o    Design activity-based, customized workshops based on the particular nature of the work: on how to maintain personal life balance, stress management, anger management, how to overcome depression, therapies, etc.    

o    To address common observations/issues   

o    Report on health outcomes of members  

o    Where appropriate and within budget, selecting and managing vendors, brokers and consultants.  

  

Reporting & Communications:  

o    Communicate with the management team on a regular basis to discuss observations and insights  

o    Communicate with the client on a regular basis, agreeing format and cadence of reports, additionally attending any vendor forums  

o    Oversee all communications to agents  

o    Oversee dashboards and reports creation   

o    Report on health outcomes of members  

o    Measuring Return on Investment (ROI) on all wellness initiatives.   

o    Managing personal confidential records and reports
