As a Well Systems Project Quality Engineer you will be responsible to develop and maintain systems, rules, and processes to ensure fulfilment of internal and external requirements. Ensures that projects and products are capable and will meet specified standards (Preventive). Positions requiring thorough understanding and application of approaches, theories, methodologies and application in a concrete organizational context.
As a Well Systems Project Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Business Process Management Systems (e.g. Quality Management Systems, Integrated Management Systems).Work to develop, implement, and monitor overall process mapping for quality improvement purposes. Standardization of processes, tools and performance management system.Advises Functional managers regarding projects, processes and procedures in the own field.Handles communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.Contributes to project as a team member or leads small projects. Work goals typically take 3-6 months to complete and the time horizon for results/impact is typically 2-12 months after the eventFuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with experience in Quality).Experience in Business Process Management.Knowledge and experience in Well Systems is a plus.Fluent English and PortugueseDesired Characteristics
Strong oral and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.Ability to influence others and lead small teams.Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact.Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.Effective problem identification and solution skills.Proven analytical and organizational ability.
