Join a leading energy company as a Well Site Leader III, where you'll oversee critical completion activities in the oil and gas sector, ensuring operational excellence and safety at our well sites.

Role Overview

Supervise all field operations associated with completions, including hydraulic fracturing, coil tubing, wireline, and workover rig operations. Promote a safety-first culture by conducting daily Well Site verifications and SOP checks. Coordinate completion vendors, workover rigs, coil tubing units, frac crews, wireline units, and other operations. Ensure compliance with SOP and HSE policies as well as state and federal regulations. Communicate effectively with field and office staff to assist in real-time decision-making. Engage with service companies for preplanning and job scheduling to minimize downtime. Document daily operations and cost reporting using Landmark OpenWells software.

Skills & Qualifications

Completion Operations: Experienced in fracturing, coil tubing, and workover rig operations. Leadership: Proven leadership skills and management experience. Software Proficiency: Proficient with MS O365 applications (Word/Excel/Outlook) and Landmark OpenWells software. Technical Competency: High degree of competency in hydraulic fracturing, cased hole wireline, workover rig, coil tubing, and slickline operations. Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.

Education & Experience

Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited state-certified program. Certification: IADC Well Control Certification (must obtain if not currently possessed). Experience: Significant experience with horizontal wells and fast-paced completions programs.
