Opportunity Snapshot:

 

Compensation:  $120.00/hourLocation: Midland, TXAssignment Duration: 12 months+Work Schedule: M-F / 40 hours+Benefits:  Comprehensive insurance with 401(k), PTO and holidays Responsibilities Design, plan, and provide engineering execution support to wellwork operations post-completion, inclusive of remedial workovers and plug and abandonment scopeLiaise with Production Engineering to provide cost & scope for opportunity evaluationDevelop procedures and provide design input to artificial lift systemsInterface with Operations for rig scheduling, execution support, and troubleshootingLiaise with specialist contractors & suppliers for cost and equipment readinessMonitor daily progress of wellwork operations, track daily costs, and recommend cost-effective changes where necessary; travel to company designated sites when necessarySupport wellwork spend forecasting and budget preparationTrack, analyze, and continually improve wellwork execution efficiency; manage contractor performance; steward Wellview data quality Qualifications Bachelor of Science from accredited university in engineering requiredMinimum of 5 years O&G experience; 3+ yrs direct wellwork experience (Permian preferred)Must be self-motivated and capable of integrating within multi-discipline teamsExcellent analytical and troubleshooting skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to work in a fast-paced environmentMust be willing to travel to well locations to oversee operations when necessaryProficient in MS Office suite (excel, word, powerpoint) and Wellview; Spotfire, PowerBI, or other analytics exposure preferred
