As a Well Construction Tender Manager, you will be responsible to to prepare proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment. Leads the development of business plans for a specific product or product line.

As a Well Construction Tender Manager, you will be responsible for

Reviewing tender documents, identifying requirements, and ensuring compliance with client specifications.Leading the preparation, coordination, and submission of tenders, proposals, and bids within deadlinesWorking with finance and commercial teams to develop competitive pricing strategiesAnalyzing cost structures and prepare detailed cost breakdowns for bids.Ensuring pricing aligns with company profitability targets and market competitiveness.Identifying and assess risks associated with tender submissions.Facilitating tender review meetings and ensure alignment across departments.

To be successful in this role you will :

Have a Graduation with 5 plus years of relevant experience in ProposalsHave experience in drilling functionHave prior experience in commercials, tenders and proposalsHave experience in end-to-end tendering process and have knowledge of cost modelHave Excellent communication and influencing skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsPositive attitude to embrace change and see challenge as opportunityStrong interpersonal and leadership skills
