Our client in Clare, MI, is seeking a Welding Robot Operator to join their team. As a Welding Robot Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing team supporting production efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Welding Robot Operator

Location: Clare, MI

Pay Range: $16.50 an hour 

Shift: 
2nd  - 4 pm to 12 am
**overtime is scheduled prior to shift start time. Overtime can be heavy at times.

What's Needed?

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role. High School diploma or GED REQUIRED. Ability to lift work pieces manually or using a hoist. Familiarity with machine controls and welding techniques. Strong attention to detail and quality inspection skills.

What's the Job?

Set up, maintain, and operate robotic welding equipment according to order specifications. Position, secure, and fabricate parts for manufactured products. Inspect and measure machined work pieces to verify conformance to specifications. Unload welded parts from the robotic welder and place them in appropriate containers. Read job specifications (blueprints) to determine welding and material requirements.
