Job Description: Identifying welding processes, materials & equipment used in a variety of industries including construction, shipbuilding, piping , pipeline  Creating and implementing new welding methods, equipment, and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity Training other welders on new techniques, processes or changes in design Designing and manufacturing prototypes of new welding equipment and devices Conducting failure analyses and cause analyses on welding issues                       #Airswift #WeAreAirswift #Welding Engineer
